Services are intended for enterprise, institutional, and research use only.

• You may use WanJia products solely for lawful business purposes.
• Unauthorized resale, duplication, or redistribution is prohibited.
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt systems.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pricing is provided in official quotes or contracts. Payment terms must be respected.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, firmware, documentation, and trade names are owned by or licensed to WanJia. You receive a non-transferable right to use deliverables solely for internal business purposes.

5. Compliance

You agree to comply with applicable laws, including export controls, sanctions, and data protection rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

WanJia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability is capped at the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
